| ■ This is a specimen stage for electron microscopes used to measure specimens in Ultra-High Vacuum (10-9 Pa) environments.Measures against heat and vibration have been applied to the external manipulator, with which four types of movements in the X, Y, Z and θ (rotation) directions can be carried out. Fine adjustments are made by a piezo stage.
